Position Overview

The practice provides comprehensive general Urology services to a primarily adult and middle-to-elderly patient population, with a strong referral base and a mix of outpatient and hospital-based care.

Position Highlights

• General Urology with a mix of outpatient, procedural, and surgical care
• Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with a half-day Friday possible
• Average of 20–25 patients per day
• Very busy established clinic with internal and external referrals
• On-site Ambulatory Surgery Center with new laser equipment
• Access to robotics and laparoscopic surgery at affiliated hospitals
• On-site DEXA, infusion center, and laboratory services
• Supported by 3 APPs, medical assistants, and a dedicated practice manager

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $750,000
• Compensation Model: Salary + Production (RVU-based)
• Partnership Track: Yes (available after Year 1)
