The role combines outpatient clinic work with inpatient consults and features a 1:6 call rotation along with a flexible practice structure.

Position Overview:

• Hospital-employed Urology position
• Mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient consult service
• o1:6 Call Rotation
• Flexible practice structure allowing physicians to tailor volume and productivity goals
• Collegial group of system physicians eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices

Compensation:

• Generous Base Salary: plus production bonuses
• o800K+ Earning Potential
• Significant earning potential depending on productivity and practice style
