Qualifications

• Formal Medical Assistant Program or Medical Assistance Certification, or 2+ years in a military corpsman role.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
• One year of MA experience in an outpatient setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Rooming patients and taking vitals.
• Assisting with procedures and clinic prep per Provider protocols.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
• Documenting patient concerns and care in the EMR for physician review.
• Scheduling appointments and procedures; handling messages and referrals.
