Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Urology physician to join our team across Amery, Hudson, and Westfield clinics. This full‑time role offers leadership opportunities to shape service delivery, expand patient access, and support recruitment and alignment across the region.

Open to experienced urologists and new graduates with Minnesota and Wisconsin licenses; robotics available at Hudson for advanced technology integration.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Minnesota and Wisconsin medical licenses.
• Clinical experience in urology, with or without prior practice‑development experience.
• Strong leadership skills and passion for practice development, collaboration, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered urology services at Amery, Hudson, and Westfield clinics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; lead service delivery initiatives.
• Expand patient access; support future recruitment and operational alignment.
• Support future recruitment and operational alignment across the region.
