Job summary

Bayhealth is actively seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Urology Hospitalists to join a rapidly expanding practice in Delaware. This role offers a ready-made patient base, academic engagement, and a modern clinic with EPIC EMR.

Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply, with a strong referral network and state-of-the-art technology including Da Vinci robotics, lithotripsy, and lasers. Delawares beaches are within easy reach.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• Experience in a high-volume hospitalist setting preferred.
• Academic engagement and teaching opportunities encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical/urologic hospitalist coverage as part of an integrated team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in teaching and quality improvement initiatives.
