Job summary

Bayhealth in Delaware is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatrician to join our physician-led medical group and grow geriatric services across the system.

This outpatient-focused practice offers collaboration with primary and specialty care, with optional inpatient consults, robust care management, EPIC EMR, and opportunities for teaching through GME programs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible geriatrician or equivalent.
• Experience in outpatient geriatric care preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-focused geriatric care with possible inpatient consults.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Participate in teaching and quality initiatives.
