Job summary

Seeking a robotics-trained urologist in Augusta, ME to join an established practice with a high volume of robotic surgeries.

Responsibilities include reestablishing and expanding the robotic program, performing robotic oncologic and MIS procedures such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy and BPH surgeries; collaborate with a team of 3 urologists and 3 APPs to serve a large regional referral base.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in urology.
• Robotic surgery training required or demonstrated experience.
• Experience in high-volume robotic programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform robotic surgeries (prostatectomy, renal, bladder, and BPH).
• Help reestablish and expand the robotic program and growth.
• Collaborate with a team of 3 urologists and 3 APPs; support team-based care; participate in admin tasks.

Key duties:

perform robotic surgeries, contribute to practice growth, support team-based patient care, and participate in administrative tasks.

Benefits include:

$565,000 base salary plus productivity incentives, a 4-day clinical week plus administrative day, 55 days PTO, strong APP support, a manageable call schedule, and educational loan repayment up to $240,000.
