Shore Outpatient Surgicenter is seeking a full-time Urology/GI Technologist to assist surgeons with endoscopic and urology procedures. The role includes cleaning and maintaining endoscopes, preparing rooms, and managing patient flow in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
The technician will collaborate with physicians and nurses, handle stocking and clerical tasks, and ensure compliance with safety standards. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred as a plus.

The Urology/GI Technician operates under the direct supervision of a surgeon to assist with the operation of technical equipment used during both simple and complex endoscopic and urology procedures. The physician, registered nurse, and technician collaborate in the procedure room to create ideal conditions for achieving positive patient outcomes. The technician is also responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining endoscopes and other instruments. Additional duties of the technician include managing patient flow, preparing the room for procedures, stocking supplies, ordering materials, and handling various clerical tasks.
Pay Range: $20.58/hr - $29.84/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
