UroGen Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate target accounts on reimbursement steps for UroGen products, aligned with company policies and approved materials.

The role focuses on urology accounts, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, with emphasis on Part B reimbursement, care transitions, and patient pathways. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and multiple years in pharma/biotech reimbursement, with strong cross-functional communication and a willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device experience.
• Minimum 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• 2 years hospital or large account experience preferred.
• 2 years Urology experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for UroGen products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Answer reimbursement questions for each account.
• Understand Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial reimbursement regulations.
• Partner with the account team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Translate strategies into actionable plans for each account.
• Demonstrate disease state, product, surgical process, and reimbursement expertise.
• Complete administrative duties like call reporting and expense reporting.
