Job summary

South Shore Health is seeking a Urology Division Chief in Weymouth, Massachusetts. The Division Chief will collaborate closely with the Vice President of South Shore Medical Center and lead quality, safety, and growth initiatives within the Division.

The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO, with board certification in Urology and significant clinical experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape team culture and bolster clinical quality across all urologic services.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO.
• License/Certificates: Currently licensed or able to obtain a physician license in Massachusetts.
• Board Certified in Urology.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a managerial/leadership position and a minimum of 5–7 years of clinical experience as a urologist.
