• If hired after Jan 1, 2015, maintains current certification by listed agencies within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs data gathering through patient interviews and observation.
• Assists patients and families with examination preparation and exams.
• Documents patient data, treatments, and education.
• Schedules specialty testing and physician consultations as needed.
