Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in collaboration with faculty physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Evaluate and manage patients with urologic conditions and coordinate care.
• Document clinical encounters and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Assist with urologic procedures and participate in clinical education.
• Lead APP operations and development: scheduling outpatient care models and recruitment/training.
• Develop standardized curricula and mentor APPs; coordinate staffing, vacations and coverage.
• Lead quarterly APP meetings and collaborate on the APP Fellowship program.
• Maintain an active clinical practice while dedicating protected time to administrative leadership.
