Job summary

The University of Southern California is hiring a physician for the Urology department to develop and implement patient management plans and coordinate referrals. You will contribute to clinical education and work with attending physicians on various urologic procedures.

The position offers an academic appointment in the Keck School of Medicine of USC, a competitive base salary ($225,325) and comprehensive university benefits commensurate with qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty, ancillary, and social services, document patient encounters and progress notes, and ensure continuity of care.
• Perform and/or interpret common laboratory, radiologic, and other diagnostic studies used in the evaluation and management of urologic conditions.
• Assist attending physicians with a variety of urologic procedures and participate in clinical education activities appropriate to the clinician‑educator role.
