Job summary

Beloit Health System, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Urology team in Beloit, WI. The RN will support physicians and care teams, delivering high-quality nursing care in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, glucose monitoring, medication administration, and patient education while using EHRs and other clinical software. Schedule is 8a-5p with 40 hours per week and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• State of Wisconsin nursing licensure or compact license; temporary permit acceptable with note.
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
• Experience with electronic medical records and Urology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with office procedures and deliver nursing care.
• Perform glucose monitoring and data uploads from glucose meters and diabetes devices.
• Navigate and use EHRs and clinical software accurately and efficiently.
• Manage telephone calls and coordinate communication with providers and staff.
• Administer medications and maintain medication records.
