CommonSpirit Medical Group – Urology – Holtzclaw in Tennessee is seeking an experienced Speciality Clinic RN to lead a clinical team of nurses and aides, ensuring exceptional patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal oversight.

You will advocate for your team, translate frontline insights into actionable improvements, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians to advance outcomes in a high-performing, faith-based healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform general nursing care to patients by following established standards and procedures.
• Obtain and document health history, chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors; assess disease condition.
• Execute prescribed treatments and medications; monitor progress and patient response; consult with physicians as needed.
• Educate patients and families about health status and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Track quality assurance data and monitor acute and chronic care management.
