Job summary

Central Ohio Urology Group, LLC is seeking a full-time LPN in Ohio to join our clinical team. You’ll manage provider schedules, direct patient flow, handle medication and messages, prepare rooms, and assist during in-office procedures, all while educating patients within your scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio is required.
• 1+ year of LPN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Experience in urology or a surgical specialty is a plus.
• Ability to think critically, act decisively, and maintain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider schedules and direct patient flow.
• Handle the medication/script line and routing messages as needed.
• Prepare rooms and assist providers during in-office procedures.
• Educate patients and answer questions within your scope of practice.
• Report adverse medication events to providers.
• Contribute to daily clinic success through teamwork and initiative.
