Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in a clinical setting within a health care organization (Preferred).
• Must possess either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license/certification.
• All candidates must have CPR/Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, evaluation, and management to patients.
• Collaborate with patients to review health history and provide counseling.
• Order diagnostic and laboratory tests, prescribe treatments when necessary.
• Maintain and review patient records and charts.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians.
• Provide case management services for clients.
