Urology – Upper Midwest

• Position available for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join an established regional team.
• Stable, clinician‑led organization with a collaborative work environment.
• Competitive starting base pay of $650,000 with additional potential for production bonuses and quality incentives.
• Staffing includes 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners.
• Admissions managed by hospitalist service.
• Call schedule is 1:4.
• Dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week in the OR.
• Advanced Practice Providers provide OR assistance and inpatient management support.
• Practice located within a Level II Trauma Center.
• Equipment includes 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120‑Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics.
• Integrated campus with clinic, ER, OR, and hospital housed in the same facility.
