This full-time Urology role involves providing innovative care within a dynamic team, including responsibilities such as emergency department call, OR first assist, and outpatient clinics.

The position offers a balanced schedule with Monday to Friday hours and 36 patient-facing hours. Candidates should have Urology and OR experience preferred. Key duties include rotating clinics, inpatient care, emergency department support, and assisting in surgeries. The role includes a $30k starting bonus for experienced providers and $15k for new graduates. Compensation ranges from $138,712 to $184,404 annually, potentially including incentives for productivity, quality, or call shifts, along with CME benefits.
