Bastion is a rapidly growing telehealth company in the US that provides virtual, state-of-the-art, end to end, whole-body and mind-care for men's reproductive health and wellness. We deliver on-demand access to the best care professionals and educational content for men, through our smartphone application and diagnostic devices, in the comfort, privacy and convenience of their homes.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Provide virtual consults with our patients from our HIPAA-compliant proprietary video interface
2. Educate and provide individualized treatment plans based on virtual consult assessment and laboratory results
3. Ordering of prescription medications via EHR
4. Demonstrate superior customer service and maintain an outstanding patient relationship
5. Maintain high standards of professionalism in verbal and written communication both with the patient and members of the care team
6. Follow established rules, policies and procedures according to company regulations
7. Supervise Nurse Practitioners

Requirements and Qualifications:

1. Valid United States MD/DO license(s)
2. ABU Board Certified or Board-Eligible
3. Possess an unrestricted DEA license
4. A deep profound passion for healthcare, health promotion, and maintenance
5. Available at a minimum of 10 hours per week for consultation, including both clinical and non-clinical duties.
6. Experience in practice of Urology
7. Strong communication skills with a focus on fostering the physician patient relationship
8. Available to start in 2-4 weeks
9. Solid computer skills
10. Superior organization and interpersonal skills
11. Functions well in a team environment
