Urologist (Telehealth)

We are seeking a remote physician eager to be at the forefront of a new care delivery model leveraging telemedicine to improve healthcare outcomes beyond traditional office-based practices.

Requirements:

• Physician licensed in the United States
• Urologist or Andrologist with experience in men’s reproductive health
• Interest in providing care via synchronous telemedicine platforms
• Excellent communication skills, emphasizing clarity and compassion
• Willing to work 10+ hours per week on the platform
• Experience in leadership, care team design, and process development

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with users via HIPAA-compliant video interface
• Assess and provide treatment options based on virtual consults and lab results
• Order prescription medications through the Bastion EMR
• Follow up with virtual consultations as needed
• Educate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver outstanding client service, ensuring all questions/concerns are addressed promptly
• Maintain professionalism in communication with clients and care team members
• Adhere to company policies, rules, and procedures
• Gather client feedback to enhance satisfaction and experience
• Remain HIPAA compliant and represent the company professionally
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other physicians

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid, board-certified Physician license
• Unrestricted DEA license
• Passion for healthcare, health promotion, and maintenance
• Availability of at least 10 hours per week for clinical and non-clinical duties, with potential for increased hours
• Experience in Urology practice
• Strong communication skills to foster the physician-patient relationship
• Availability to start within 2-4 weeks
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Practice Details:

• Scheduled appointments via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing
• Web-based EMR platform accessible via desktop or laptop
• Each visit lasts approximately 15 minutes
