Job summary

Healthcare United is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a single-specialty outpatient practice with multiple Phoenix locations. The role provides a 90% ambulatory, 10% hospital center for procedures, with a DaVinci robot on-site and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM in a modern facility.

Compensation is $500,000 with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Partnership track with profit sharing after 1 year, plus comprehensive benefits and paid malpractice.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified urologist.
• Experience in outpatient urology preferred.
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient urology services across multiple Phoenix locations.
• Collaborate with a multi-location team for patient care and scheduling.
• Maintain high-quality patient outcomes and documentation.
