Job summary

RosmanSearch, Inc. seeks an additional general urologist to join a private practice on Florida's Atlantic coast, building a patient base across 5 offices with access to robotic surgery, a modern ASC, and on‑site imaging.

The role offers a robust team of 6 urologists and 2 PAs, with a focus on Oncology, Stone Disease, Sexual Medicine, Andrology, and BHRT. The position features a competitive salary guarantee, an attractive commencement bonus, potential for partnership after 2 years, and generous

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care across Oncology, Stone Disease, Sexual Medicine, Andrology, and BHRT.
• Access robotic surgery and DaVinci robot in ASC for eligible cases.
• Perform select urethral bulking procedures, UroLift and Axonics.
• Support a convenient in‑office dispensary and a light call schedule.
