The Urologist Physician position in Southwest Georgia joins a 155-bed community-based teaching hospital alongside a thriving physician group. It is a full-time role with a balanced schedule between clinic and operating room and a manageable seven-day quarterly call.

Compensation is competitive with annual 3% cost-of-living adjustments and a 100% shared practice profit bonus. Mentorship, relocation support, CME allowance, and comprehensive health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of a urology residency program.
• Board-certified or eligible within 5 years of certification.
• Georgia Medical License or participation in Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

Responsibilities

• Share in clinic and operating room duties with a balanced schedule.
• Mentor medical students and residents to support professional growth.
