Job summary

Markent Personnel is assisting a leading Alabama medical center in recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with a possible four-day week and a 1 in 5 weekend call rotation, on a campus-based facility with in-house labs and a robust hospitalist service for non-surgical issues.

The position involves outpatient procedures such as cystoscopies and prostate biopsies, plus hospital-based surgeries including prostatectomy and nephrectomy.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist.
• Active medical license in the United States or eligibility.
• Experience with outpatient procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient cystoscopies, testosterone pellet insertions, and ultrasound-guided biopsies.
• Perform hospital-based procedures including prostatectomy and nephrectomy.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver superior patient outcomes.
