Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for urology services.
• Perform full spectrum of general urologic procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open cases.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Participate in call coverage and emergency urologic services.
• Collaborate with clinic administration on scope of services, equipment planning, workflow optimization, and care pathways.
• Lead a multidisciplinary approach to patient care with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams.
• Establish and monitor quality and outcome metrics to ensure high standards of care.
• Identify and address clinical and operational issues affecting the medical staff.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with community physicians and regional providers.
• Support development and expansion of the urology service line.
• Participate in strategic planning, growth, and outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to financial and operational oversight, including resource utilization and program performance.
• Engage in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist in development, review, and implementation of department policies and procedures.
• Participate in committee and leadership activities within the organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements.
