Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed general urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers accountability, potential subspecialty interests, and a 8am-5pm schedule with a 1:4 call rotation.

The candidate should be MD or DO, completed urology residency, and eligible for Vermont license, with strong surgical and clinical skills and patient-centered care. Signing bonus, relocation, and loan repayment are available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a dynamic, hospital-employed practice within a respected independent community hospital. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
