The team includes 3 physicians and 2 APPs within a 100+ physician multi-specialty clinic. The role features a 4-day clinic/OR week, 1:4 call, and a DaVinci Robot at St.

Agnes Hospital. Compensation starts with a guaranteed salary and includes production-based bonuses, with additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership, plus robust benefits

Responsibilities

• Join an established team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs in Fond du Lac.
• 4-day clinic/OR week for a balanced lifestyle.
• Call Schedule – 1:4.
• DaVinci Robot available at St. Agnes Hospital.
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR across the system.
