The team includes 3 physicians and 2 APPs within a 100+ physician multi-specialty clinic. The role features a 4-day clinic/OR week, 1:4 call, and a DaVinci Robot at St.

Agnes Hospital. Compensation starts with a guaranteed salary and includes production-based bonuses, with additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership, plus robust benefits

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, a city of 40,000. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.

The Opportunity

• Join an established and growing team: 3 physicians and 2 APPs
• Office embedded into a 100+ physician multi-specialty clinic

• DaVinci Robot at St. Agnes Hospital
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR across the system
• Start with a guaranteed salary with immediate eligibility for a production-based bonus and additional incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.
• Comprehensive benefits package, excellent retirement and deferred compensation, and generous annual CME allowance.

Compensation Details

• $684,197 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $821,000
• Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
• Additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership goal
• Paid relocation
