Job summary

CLS Health Pearland is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a physician-led, autonomous practice. The role features a secure base salary with uncapped productivity bonus based on collections, enabling you to set your own schedule and directly control earnings.

The practice offers a real-time Power BI dashboard to track CPT codes, collections, and bonus potential, and a clear partnership track with growth opportunities across 35+ locations.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• MD/DO degree required.
• Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Care across outpatient and/or inpatient urology with full continuity of care.
• Outpatient clinic located at CLS Health Pearland location.
• Call optional; participate in a large referral network.
