Job summary

CLS Health in the Greater Houston area is seeking an ENT physician to join a private practice-focused team. You’ll provide core ENT care with a focus on patient outcomes while enjoying autonomy over your schedule and earnings.

The position offers a base salary plus an uncapped productivity bonus, a doctor-led environment, and real-time dashboards for tracking CPT codes and bonus potential. Sign-on and relocation assistance are available, with a partnership track to advance within 6 months to 2

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• MD/DO degree.

• Proven patient demand with established referral network
