Your Role With Us
  • Join Salem Health as a Urologist, working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other team members to manage patient care in hospital, outpatient surgical, and ambulatory settings.
  • Provide outpatient and inpatient consults, perform procedures in clinic and operating rooms.
  • Handle follow-up care, after-hours calls, inpatient rounds, and urgent urologic surgeries.
  • Document clinical care accurately and timely, including billing activities.
  • Review charts as needed and assist in developing policies, protocols, and educational materials related to Urology.
  • Develop a referral base for urology patients.
Background/Expertise
  • Graduate from an approved medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
  • Unrestricted medical license in Oregon.
  • Current DEA certificate.
  • Board certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology or eligibility with certification within five years of residency/fellowship completion.
  • Skilled in urology procedures and surgeries.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology is highly preferred.
