A leading healthcare organization is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join their growing practice in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will focus on female urology and general surgical care, supported by a collaborative team and competitive compensation. Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to practice adult female and general urology in a growing practice of 9 board-certified urologists and 8 advanced practice clinicians. This practice is based in St. Louis Park, a first-ring suburb of Minneapolis.
Ideal Candidate: Has a strong interest in female urology and urinary incontinence for both male and female patients. Also needed for general urology surgical care, including diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer and routine kidney stones.
Schedule & Support: 1:9 call schedule at one hospital with no trauma. Consistent inpatient and outpatient support from advanced practice clinicians. Academic affiliation is available. Compensation is very competitive, with a benefits package.

Pay Range: $459,804.80 - $727,084.80 annually. Compensation is based on role requirements, education, experience, and other factors. Post-guarantee, pay is based on work RVU productivity.
Our specialty center is located in vibrant St. Louis Park, known for walkable neighborhoods, parks, and outdoor spaces. Close to Minneapolis lakes, downtown, and the airport.
