Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) invites applications for a Urology specialist at our Kensington Medical Center. The starting annual salary is $485,000 and we offer a $50,000 new hire forgivable loan incentive.

MAPMG is physician-led and Kaiser Permanente–affiliated, with advanced robotics and an integrated care model. You will join a regional team of over twenty urologists, collaborate with in-house surgical and medical specialties, and access state-of-the-art imaging, OR suites,

Qualifications

• MD or DO board-certified or eligible in Urology.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an integrated team of urologists and other specialties.
• Provide comprehensive urology care with access to robotic-assisted and advanced imaging equipment.

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients.

We invite applications for a specialist in Urology at our Kensington Medical Center. Now offering $50,000 forgivable loan as a new hire incentive! Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 60+ specialties.

MAPMG physicians use a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) to coordinate care.

MAPMG researchers and staff support innovative ideas, ensuring quality care, educational programming, and advancing best practices through research.

What You Can Expect:

Work in a supportive and collegial environment (regional group of over twenty urologists) alongside a fully integrated team that closely collaborates with in-house surgical and medical specialties.

Enjoy access to state-of-the-art equipment in the office and operating room (including multiple robots), imaging technology and operating room and procedural suites.

Our group has general urologists as well as several urologists with multiple areas of expertise and subspecialty training (oncology, robotics, men’s health, endourology, reconstruction) making us a strong and well-rounded urology department.

Call is 1:10 at DC/MD core hospitals.

Minimum Requirements:

• MD or DO Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

The starting annual salary for this position is $485,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
