Joseph Michaels International in Hobart, IN is seeking a Urologist to join a well-established, tech-forward healthcare provider offering a full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours and a flexible approach to practice design.

You will work in a premier environment (HIMSS Stage VII) with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation, collaborating across specialties to build a practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones, and maintaining a strong focus on patient outcomes

Qualificações

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required.
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Proficiency in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Clinic patients per day: flexible.
• Call Rotation: 1:4.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region.
• Adhere to hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure safety and compliance.

Formação académica

MD/DO degree from an accredited program

Requirements
