The position emphasizes designing a practice around professional goals within a tech-forward, HIMSS Stage VII facility that prioritizes physician well-being and work-life balance. You will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care, including surgeries with robotic platforms, while leveraging AI-enabled documentation and EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology; required.
• Ability to obtain Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Proficiency in a paperless, high-informatics environment (HIMSS Stage VII).
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urological care, including diagnosis and surgical intervention.
• Flexible clinic schedule with 1:4 call rotation.
• Perform surgeries using advanced technology and robotic platforms.
• Use EPIC EMR and integrated AI tools for precise documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialties like oncology or robotics.
• Engage in quality improvement to boost patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians to coordinate care regionally.
• Adhere to hospital bylaws and regulatory safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
  • Clinic patients per day: flexible
  • Call Rotation: 1:4
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region
• Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools
• Proficiency in a paperless, high-informatics clinical environment (HIMSS Stage VII)
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures
