This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $415,000 and $485,000 per year, along with a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to shape your clinical practice. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and possess an Indiana Medical License. The role includes performing surgeries, utilizing advanced technology, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, all within a HIMSS Stage VII facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
  • Clinic patients per day: flexible
  • Call Rotation: 1:4
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region
• Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
