Job summary

Intermountain Health in Denver is expanding its Urology service line and seeks a board-certified general Urologist with strong interest in Men’s Health, TURPs, and robotic procedures using the DaVinci system.

You will diagnose, plan treatment, perform minimally invasive procedures, and provide pre- and postoperative care. DaVinci and Aquablation access support a comprehensive program growth.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical school
• Residency trained and Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Active DEA license, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
• Expertise in TURPs and robotic procedures using the DaVinci robotic system is preferred

Responsibilities

• Practice the full spectrum of general urology with emphasis on Men’s Health, including diagnosis, treatment planning, minimally invasive procedures, and perioperative care
• Manage conditions such as kidney stones, UTIs, and prostate issues with access to DaVinci and Aquablation systems

About this role

Intermountain Health is expanding our Urology service line in Denver, and we are seeking a board-certified general Urologist with a strong interest or experience in Men's Health, TURPs, general urology, and robotic procedures using the DaVinci robotic system. We’re looking for a physician who is interested in building and growing a high-quality program within a supportive environment.

In this role, you will practice the full spectrum of general urology with an emphasis on Men's Health, including diagnosis, treatment planning, minimally invasive procedures, and pre‑ and postoperative care. You’ll manage common urological conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, and prostate issues, with access to advanced technology including the DaVinci robotic system and a new Aquablation system for BPH treatment.

Benefits and Compensation

Compensation consists of an initial base salary of $560,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive. A $25,000 starting bonus is offered. A relocation bonus of up to $20,000 is available to applicable candidates. We provide a generous benefits package, including paid time off, license reimbursement, malpractice insurance coverage, and an annual CME allowance.
