Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a full-time board-certified/eligible urologist to join Endeavor Health Medical Group at the Northwest Community campus in Arlington Heights, IL. This busy practice supports six urologists and three advanced practice providers, offering robust APP backing for inpatient consults and rounds.

Qualifications
- Board-certified or eligible urologist joining a busy practice.
- Active medical license to practice in Illinois or eligibility.
- Experience with robotic and laparoscopic surgery preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive urologic patient care in clinic and OR.
- Perform surgeries including robotic and laparoscopic procedures.
- Collaborate with APPs and primary care for referrals and care coordination.

Endeavor Health is seeking a full-time board certified/eligible urologist to join Endeavor Health Medical Group in Arlington Heights IL.
Location: Arlington Heights
- Call is 1:7 weekends
- 36 patient contact hours (Clinic, OR, rounding)
- Variety of office and OR/Day Surgery
- Market Competitive Compensation: $367K-$641K. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance
- Busy urology group seeking additional urologists for patient care. Join a team of six urologists and 3 advanced practice providers at Northwest Community campus in Arlington Heights.
- Strong APP support: They handle inpatient needs which consist of large number of consults and rounding
- High quality medical services with access to DaVinci Xi robotic and laparoscopic surgical systems.
- Referral support from a large multi-specialty group and primary care group.
