Job summary
Flatiron Health, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with deep urologic oncology and genomic testing expertise to bridge clinical practice with our genomic decision-support products.
The role focuses on informing product features, workflows, and clinical guidelines for precision medicine in urologic cancers. The 6-month contract involves go-live support, educational enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate product development and clinical strategy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with 5+ years in urology or oncology.
- Deep experience with genomic testing in urologic malignancies and interpreting results.
Responsibilities
- Serve as SMEs in urologic oncology and genomic testing strategies for Flatiron's product teams.
- Interpret guidelines and translate workflows into product requirements.
- Advise on standards of practice across urology/urologic oncology.
- Review features related to data capture, interpretation, and decision support.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to test enhancements.
