Job summary

MultiCare Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA seeks a fellowship-trained urogynecologist to diagnose, treat, and manage pelvic floor disorders in women. The role combines surgical and non-surgical care and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate has board certification in OB/GYN with urogynecology subspecialty, WA license upon employment, and experience with robotic platforms.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship in Urogynecology or female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialty certification in Urogynecology.
• WA license by time of employment; DEA, NPI, prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat pelvic floor disorders including urinary incontinence and prolapse.
• Perform surgical and non-surgical treatments, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
