Responsibilities

• Perform robotic-assisted pelvic surgery including prolapse repairs and sacrocolpopexy.
• Diagnose and treat pelvic floor disorders and incontinence.
• Lead outpatient clinic with urodynamics, cystoscopy, PTNS, and sacral neuromodulation.
• Collaborate with MW Medical Group and regional OB/GYNs to optimize referrals.
• Implement evidence-based protocols to improve outcomes and reduce recovery times.
