Job summary

Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, Utah seeks a urogynecology physician to join a collaborative team providing comprehensive care. You will diagnose and manage urogynecologic conditions and perform laparoscopic and robotic procedures with a patient‑centered approach.

This role emphasizes multidisciplinary coordination and patient experience, with a 4‑day work week, outpatient and OR duties, and a shared call schedule.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology completed.
• Fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery completed or in progress.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Utah medical license or ability to obtain one; active DEA license or ability to obtain one.
• Credentialing through Intermountain Health.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage urogynecologic conditions with evidence‑based care.
• Perform laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures as needed.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with related specialties.
• Contribute to outpatient clinics and hospital OR schedule.
