Job summary

Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA) seeks a Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery) to support Phoenix market needs. You will conduct outpatient clinics and surgical procedures across our 13 locations and collaborate closely with Urology colleagues and APPs.

The role offers a partnership/associate track discussion, a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary teamwork, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in FPMRS.
• Strong urogynecology expertise and pelvic floor disorder knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient clinics and procedure days across multiple locations.
• Perform surgical procedures at affiliated hospitals and centers.
• Collaborate with Urology, Urogynecology colleagues, and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Participate in hospital rounding as needed.
