Job summary

Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA) is seeking a full-time Urogynecologist to join a growing team across Phoenix-area locations. The physician will perform pelvic floor procedures, manage medical evaluations, and provide comprehensive care for pelvic floor disorders.

Board-certified or -eligible in FPMRS with MD or DO credentials; robotics/minimally invasive pelvic surgery experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in FPMRS.
• Strong urogynecology background and pelvic floor expertise.
• Willing to collaborate across Urology/Urogynecology teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient clinics and procedure days across Phoenix-area locations.
• Collaborate with Urology physicians, Urogynecology colleagues, and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Provide postoperative care and hospital rounding as needed.

Role Description

Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA) is a leading multispecialty practice providing advanced care for both men and women. Our Urogynecology division specializes in the evaluation and treatment of female pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, overactive bladder, and complex pelvic floor dysfunction.

We are seeking a full-time Urogynecologist (FPMRS) to join our growing and collaborative team. The Urogynecologist will be responsible for comprehensive patient care including medical evaluations, diagnosis of pelvic floor disorders, development of individualized treatment plans, performance of surgical and minimally invasive procedures, and post-operative care.

The Opportunity

Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona is seeking a Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery) to support the growing needs of the Phoenix market. The incoming physician will:

• Conduct outpatient clinics and procedure days across one or more of our 13 locations throughout the Valley
• Perform surgical procedures at affiliated hospitals and surgical centers
• Collaborate closely with Urology physicians, Urogynecology colleagues, and Advanced Practice Providers
• Participate in hospital rounding as needed

Call responsibilities consist of a shared rotating call schedule among Urogynecology providers. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

We are open to discussing partnership or associate tracks, depending on qualifications and career goals.
