Job summary

Women's Healthcare Associates, LLC is seeking a UroGyn-focused physician to join Oregon's largest OB/GYN organization. The role offers autonomy, flexible work/life balance and the backing of a large team across clinics and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME OB/GYN residency program (or anticipated completion prior to starting at WHA).
• Board-eligible or board-certified in obstetrics/gynecology.
• Oregon medical license (or licensed prior to hire) without restriction.
• DEA certificate valid.
• Ability to obtain medical staff membership and privileges in OB/GYN at WHA-designated hospitals.
• Meets criteria required of participating physicians in health plans/government programs.
• Maintains malpractice insurance with WHA-required minimums.
• Commitment to shared decision-making and health equity.

Responsibilities

• Provide uro-gynecology specialty care to patients within WHA clinics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across hospitals and clinics.
• Participate in teaching, mentoring and quality improvement initiatives.
