Summary

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 1.0 FTE Physician Assistant or Certified Nurse Midwife to join our Urogynecology team . This position will be based at our Tacoma Medical Center , with 3-4 days per month at our Olympia Medical Center . Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with no call responsibilities.

This is an office-based position, with the opportunity to assist in surgery for candidates who are interested. Responsibilities include conducting initial patient intakes, performing basic procedures, and managing follow-up appointments for Urogynecology patients.

Training & Support:

We offer a structured six-month ramp-up period, beginning with shadowing and transitioning into mentored training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Tacoma Medical Center is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday with Urgent Care open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Beginning January 1, 2021 office hours will be 24/7/365.

As a condition of employment, all clinicians and employees are required to verify COVID-19 vaccination status. Compensation and Benefits

The entire salary range for this position is $124,249 to $154,020 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $124,249 to $146,319 based on factors such as education, training or experience.

Benefits include: Full malpractice indemnification (including tail coverage), medical benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, post-graduate educational leave, postgraduate funding, employer contributions to social security.
