Averhealth is hiring a Male Drug Screening Representative to collect and process urine samples with care and professionalism at our Phoenix testing centers. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities within the company.

You will greet patients, perform observed collections, and ensure proper handling of specimens while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to protocols. Training is provided, with shifts primarily daytime and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 lbs for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
• Conduct observed urine collections with male patients who are complying with probation, completing drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
• Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all company and legal standards.
