Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe collection of urinalysis and breathalyzer testing.
• Accurately document each test sample and results.
• Follow chain of custody protocol during testing procedure.
• Maintain and update client files regularly.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the facility; report concerns.
• Inventory and stock supplies and testing equipment; order as needed.
• Perform clerical duties including filing, answering phone calls, copying/scanning.
