Irontown Modular is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our residential custom home and light commercial modular projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project specifications and collect competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Create accurate and detailed cost estimates based on project-specific bids and historical unit costs.
• Build and maintain an up-to-date cost resource database for efficient project planning.
• Perform precise quantity takeoffs to support project estimates.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD software, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Excel, Word, and internet research tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members.
• Hands-on building experience is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in quantity takeoffs and cost estimation.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
